As a preschool, reflect on the question ‘How we can use ELLA to develop partnerships with families?’
- Print the Reflect on family engagement poster.
- Display it in a prominent place at your preschool.
- Use the poster to begin conversations about how you engage with families and the community. Take note of these interactions and keep them as evidence for your Quality Improvement Plan.
- Families come from a range of backgrounds and have had a range of experiences. Can you use a variety of strategies to encourage their input in the ELLA program?
- Are there any resources you could share with families related to the ELLA program?
