Before you start using the ELLA program, there are some requirements you need to fulfil.
- Read the Terms and conditions of participation carefully.
- Ensure that the family of each eligible child has a copy of the ‘Information for parents/guardians’ brochure. The brochure is available to download from the Resources section of this site.
- Ensure families are offered the opportunity to opt out of the ELLA program if they wish to.
- Find your ‘Welcome to the ELLA program’ email from Education Services Australia. This contains the email address that you will need to log in. Make sure that you have access to that email address’s inbox so you can set your ELLA password. If you need to change your email address, please contact the ELLA Helpdesk.
- To set your ELLA password, go to the Educator Zone of the ELLA website, and select 'Forgot username or password?'.
- Due to privacy and security considerations, please ensure that you safely store and lock away your devices when they are not in use.
