Children's eligibility for participation

  • Only children enrolled in a preschool/kindergarten program in the year before full-time school are eligible to access the ELLA program.
  • Children meeting the eligibility requirements of the ELLA program can join any time of the year.
  • A child may not participate in the program if their family has informed the preschool in writing that they wish to have their child opt out.
